I think that in trying so hard to work as a group, we have neglected any responsibilty we may have to the public who will view the outcome of this project. This is no bad thing. But are we, in trying to salvage componenets that are ‘suitable’ for viewing, just trying to ram a square peg into a round hole?
It’s hard to get excited without being on site. I’m looking forward to getting there on Sunday.
I understand the point you’re making but I don’t think we’re trying too hard. I think it was difficult to overcome our fears of working together and to find ways of doing this. I think rightly in the first two weeks that was the focus. We’ve now got to use those skills to make something that’ll we’ll be happy for visitors to see. I think we can do that if we trust each other and the skills we’ve learnt.
I understand where you are coming from Roger, but can’t help but think we should listen to our reservations from time to time.
I haven’t been on site for a couple weeks. So I really don’t feel I can say much until tomorrows visit.
